The Superintendent will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project completion. The role also includes maintaining effective communication and fostering a safe and organized site environment. Majority of projects are in the Tri-State area but occasional travel is required. Qualifications5+ Years Experience in Construction Site Management and Construction SafetyStrong Organization Skills and Budgeting capabilitiesProficiency in Project Management and resource allocationExcellent leadership and team coordination abilitiesKnowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulationsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)Previous experience in heavy civil construction or mass excavation projects is a plus
