Customer Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead customer support operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between customers, sales, and production teams while maintaining high standards of responsiveness and service reliability.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.Primary ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day customer service operations and team performanceServe as a liaison between customers, account managers, and plant leadershipSupervise and mentor Customer Service Representatives, providing coaching and performance feedbackManage order lifecycle processes from entry through fulfillmentPartner with production and scheduling teams to align capacity with customer demandResolve customer inquiries, service challenges, and escalations promptlyEnsure accuracy in pricing, invoicing, and order documentationDevelop and maintain processes that improve service efficiency and communicationQualifications & ExperienceMinimum of 3–5 years of customer service leadership experience in a manufacturing environmentDirect experience in the packaging or corrugated industry requiredDemonstrated ability to manage and develop a service-oriented teamStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departmentsExperience with ERP or order management systemsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferredWhy Join UsCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefitsStable and growing organization within the packaging industryLeadership opportunity with room for advancement
