A company is looking for a Program Director IV for the Maya Angelou Research Center for Healthy Communities. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the administration and coordination of grant and manuscript writing for the research program Analyze systems and processes, tracking relevant RFAs and manuscripts to improve outcomes Plan and conduct qualitative research and analysis for various research projectsRequired QualificationsPh.D. (or equivalent degree) with eight years of relevant experience Significant experience in setting strategic direction and achieving objectives Thorough knowledge of the functional area to be served Strong background in qualitative analysis and project management Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
