In-home Caregiver - Days/Evenings/Weekends

Lakeshore Senior Care is actively seeking caregivers who are willing to work 10-40 hours a week, serving our Holland & Zeeland area clients.If you appreciate the elderly and have a heart to help others, you'll likely enjoy making a difference in the lives of our clients...please keep reading!We offer:Competitive wages $18 -$20 per hourAdditional hourly differential income for weekends.Additional hourly differential for eveningsFlexible hoursOpportunity for growthRetirement IRA with 3% employer matchAvailability to Work:Our clients need our help 7-days a week, various start times and visit lengths.1st Shift if you're available during the weekdays, we would also need availability on every other weekend, or availability to work some evenings.2nd Shift if you're available for hours after 4 or 5 pm, we have clients who need your help. Some weekend hours every other week would also be expected.3rd Shift we're not hiring for 3rd shift at this time.We schedule monthly our minimum visit length is 2-hrs.About Lakeshore Senior CareOur mission is to improve the quality of life, for our clients by providing excellent care. When our clients receive assistance with meal preparation, bathing, dressing and housekeeping, (for example) they can remain in their home, and not have to move to a nursing home!Instead of paying by the month at a facility, they can pay by the hour to receive the care they need, scheduled when they need it most. After 20 years in business, we're a respected provider with a solid reputation.Whatever you do best, or enjoy most, would be something our clients would appreciate having help with. It may be grocery shopping, preparing a meal or cleaning-up after. Our clients may need getting into the shower or may be at risk if they try and vacuum. By helping them with the activities they can't (or shouldn't) do, we can reduce the risk and help them remain safely on their own.
