Kforce has a client in search of a Scrum Master in Houston, TX. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Our client needs a hands‐on Scrum Master to support delivery execution, visibility, and problem‐solving. This is not an agile coach role – the focus is on practical delivery support.ResponsibilitiesMonitor team progress using DevOps dashboards and delivery metricsPull, analyze, and present delivery dataIdentify bottlenecks, risks, and impedimentsActively remove or escale roadblocksSupport task tracking, prioritization, and accountabilityServe as a right‐hand partner to leadershipRequirementsAt least 3 years of combined technology development experience in a Scrum Master, Project Manager, BA, or Developer role (required)At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master (required)Proven successful experience in leading and driving complex, time‐critical software development projectsExperience with software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operationsStrong experience working with DevOps dashboards and delivery metricsPractical, problem‐solving mindsetAbility to operate effectively in teams that are not fully agileNice To HaveScrum CertificationPay RangeThe pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
