Now Hiring: Residential Treatment Counselor (Youth Ages 11–18) Location: Chula Vista, CA Pay: $20.00 – $25.00/hour Job Type: In-Person Requirement: Bachelor's Degree OR 1 year experience working with at-risk youth in a residential setting Shifts Available: AM Shift: Saturday to Wednesday (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) PM Shift: Monday-Friday 3pm -11pm Th/F 630am-430pm; Sat-Sun 2pm-12am (4 day work week, 3 days off!) What You’ll Do: Build real connections with teens who need structure, support, and someone who believes in them Teach life skills, model emotional regulation, and be the calm during the storm Lead groups, play sports, create routines, and engage in therapeutic daily living Respond to escalations with confidence (don’t worry — we train you!)
