Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Texas Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient orthopedic or general outpatient settings preferred. Experience treating adults across the continuum of musculoskeletal conditions preferred. Ability to provide documentation in an electronic medical record system.
