Physical Therapist (Neuro) – Outpatient | Full-Time

Join Our Growing Neuro Rehabilitation TeamWe are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist (Neuro) to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Westford, Massachusetts. This is a full-time opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including neurological, neuromuscular, and orthopedic conditions, in a collaborative, interdisciplinary environment.If you are a passionate licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts with experience in neurological rehabilitation, outpatient therapy, and patient-centered care, we encourage you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments for patients with neurological, neuromuscular, and orthopedic diagnosesDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and mobilityDeliver evidence-based neuro rehab interventions for both adult and pediatric patientsCollaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including physicians, nurses, and therapistsEducate patients and families on home exercise programs, recovery goals, and prevention strategiesMaintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR) documentationEnsure the highest standards of patient safety, quality care, and service excellenceQualificationsEducationBachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited PT programExperience3+ years of outpatient physical therapy experience preferredExperience with neurological rehabilitation (stroke, TBI, Parkinson’s, MS, etc.) strongly preferredExperience working with both adult and pediatric populations is a plusLicensure & CertificationActive Massachusetts Physical Therapy license requiredBLS certification required within 4 months of hireCore Skills & CompetenciesStrong clinical expertise in neurological and orthopedic rehabilitationExcellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage a fast-paced outpatient caseloadExceptional patient communication and customer service skillsStrong time management and organizational abilitiesProficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentationCommitment to patient-centered care and outcomes-driven treatmentWhy Join UsCollaborative, team-based outpatient rehab environmentOpportunity to specialize in neurological physical therapyWork with a diverse patient population (adult + pediatric)Supportive leadership and commitment to clinical excellence
