Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The successful candidate will be able to multitask efficiently, handle a high volume of phone calls, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities: - Greet patients, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner. - Answer and direct phone calls, as well as respond to emails and messages in a timely and professional manner. - Manage the front desk, including scheduling appointments, handling billing and insurance claims, and maintaining accurate patient records. - Utilize computer literacy to navigate and troubleshoot computer systems, including phone systems and other digital tools. - Provide customer support and address concerns in a friendly and professional manner. - Perform tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, such as proofreading and data entry. - Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to office policies and procedures. - Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and complete tasks efficiently. - Demonstrate strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage competing responsibilities. Experience: - Experience with phone systems and customer support is essential. - Proven computer literacy and proficiency with office software, including QuickBooks. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are necessary for success in this role. - A background in customer service and a passion for delivering exceptional service are valuable assets. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: On the road
