Marketing Specialist – MAC PanelPosition SummaryMAC Panel is seeking a highly driven, hands-on Marketing Specialist to support the growth of our brand, products, and customer engagement efforts across the aerospace, defense, industrial, and test markets.This role is designed for a fast-moving individual contributor who enjoys building, creating, organizing, and executing. The Marketing Specialist will own day-to-day marketing execution while working directly with the CEO on strategic direction, messaging, positioning, and growth priorities.The ideal candidate combines strong execution skills with curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to leverage modern AI tools to improve speed, quality, and effectiveness.Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Brand ExecutionDevelop and maintain marketing collateral including brochures, datasheets, presentations, trade show materials, and sales enablement contentSupport website updates, product messaging, and digital content creationHelp maintain and evolve MAC Panel’s brand identity across all customer touchpointsCreate and manage LinkedIn posts, customer announcements, and other social media contentCoordinate photography, video, graphics, and other creative assets as neededDevelop customer success stories, application highlights, and thought leadership content that showcases MAC Panel’s expertise and capabilitiesPodcast & Multimedia ContentLead the relaunch and ongoing management of MAC Panel’s podcast program as a platform for industry thought leadershipCoordinate podcast planning, guest outreach, recording logistics, editing, publishing, and promotionCreate supporting content from podcast episodes, including social media clips, articles, email content, and sales enablement materialsWork with internal subject matter experts, customers, and industry partners to develop engaging technical and market-focused discussionsSales & Business Development SupportSupport the sales team with customer-facing materials, proposal graphics, presentations, and messagingAssist in organizing and executing trade shows, customer visits, and marketing campaignsHelp develop targeted outreach campaigns aligned with strategic growth initiativesMaintain marketing and customer data within CRM systemsDigital Marketing & AnalyticsAssist with email marketing campaigns, website analytics, SEO, and digital engagement trackingMonitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvementSupport ongoing CRM and marketing automation activitiesAssist with website content management and continuous improvement initiativesAI & Process EnablementUtilize modern AI tools to improve marketing content generation, research, productivity, and execution speedExplore and implement new AI-enabled workflows for content creation, marketing automation, and customer engagementContinuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and quality through technology adoptionGeneral Marketing OperationsCoordinate with external vendors, agencies, printers, and contractorsManage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and responsivenessSupport other strategic initiatives as directed by the CEOImprove internal alignment around mission, vision, values and strategic directionQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fieldStrong written and visual communication skillsSelf-starter with the ability to execute independently and move quicklyComfortable operating in a dynamic, growing business environmentExperience with tools such as CRM systems, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, and website content management systemsInterest in or experience using AI tools such as Claude, generative AI platforms, content automation tools, or workflow automation toolsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage competing prioritiesPreferred: 3–7 years of marketing experiencePreferred: Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, defense, engineering, or technical environmentsPreferred: Experience with WordPress, website content management, SEO, and website analyticsPreferred: Experience creating or managing podcasts, video content, webinars, or other multimedia marketing programsWhat Success Looks LikeHigh-quality, professional marketing materials delivered quickly and consistentlyImproved visibility and consistency of MAC Panel’s brand and messagingA successful relaunch of the MAC Panel podcast with a regular publishing cadence and growing audience engagementStrong support for sales growth and customer engagement initiativesIncreased marketing execution speed through effective use of AI and automation toolsImproved website engagement, content freshness, and digital presenceInternal marketing to improve alignment around mission, vision, values and strategic directionReliable ownership and follow-through across a broad range of marketing activities
