With 50 years of stability, our team of experienced professionals is committed to delivering superior results and reliable service for years to come.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Concord, NC, for an HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Manager. The HSE Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Other duties include conducting risk assessments, performing accident investigations, providing training to employees on safety protocols, and fostering a culture of safety within the organization. The role involves collaboration with project managers and other teams to maintain a safe and efficient work environment, particularly in industrial and commercial electrical settings.QualificationsStrong knowledge and experience in Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health practicesProficiency in accident investigation and risk assessment practicesExperience designing and delivering employee safety training programsStrong understanding of regulatory compliance related to health, safety, and environmental standardsExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to conduct site visits, audits, and inspections in alignment with safety protocolsExperience in the industrial or construction sector is a plusBachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science is a plusRelevant safety certifications such as CHST, CSP, or similar credentials are a plusBilingual (Spanish) is a plus
