The Successful Applicant A successful Project Engineer should have: * 1+ years of experience in construction or project engineering * Exposure to healthcare, education, or light industrial projects * Experience supporting projects valued at $5M+ * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar preferred * Proactive, organised, and motivated to grow into leadership What's on Offer Salary range: $82,000-$90,000 base +performance bonus * 3 weeks PTO * Structured training and a clearly defined promotion path Contact Nicole Morales Quote job ref JN-052026-7015729
