We're looking for experienced Site Reliability Engineers who want significant ownership, difficult technical challenges, and the opportunity to influence how large-scale AI systems are operated.This is a hands-on engineering role focused on solving hard distributed systems problems, improving platform resilience, and building intelligent operational capabilities at scale.What You'll OwnLead reliability engineering efforts for large-scale cloud-native healthcare platformsDesign and operate highly available distributed systems supporting AI-driven servicesBuild automation, self-healing systems, and intelligent operational toolingDrive improvements across scalability, observability, deployment safety, and incident responseLead complex production investigations and engineer durable long-term fixesDevelop AIOps capabilities including anomaly detection, predictive scaling, and automated remediationPartner with software and platform teams to improve architecture, resiliency, and operational readinessInfluence engineering standards across Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and cloud operationsMentor engineers and help raise operational engineering maturity across the organizationResponsibilitiesWhat We're Looking For7-10+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Production Engineering, or related infrastructure rolesStrong experience operating large-scale production systems with high availability requirementsDeep understanding of distributed systems, reliability engineering, and cloud infrastructureHands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized workloadsStrong automation and software engineering skillsExperience improving operational excellence through tooling and engineering rigorStrong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills in Linux-based environmentsExperience with observability systems, monitoring, tracing, and alertingAbility to lead technical initiatives and drive cross-team reliability improvementsHelpful ExperienceAI/ML or LLM infrastructure in productionAIOps or intelligent operational automationExperience in healthcare or other regulated environmentsHigh-throughput, low-latency distributed systemsExperience with Java, Python, C++, or similar languagesRequirementsU.S. citizenship requiredAbility to obtain and maintain a federal security clearanceWhy Oracle HealthThis is an opportunity to help define reliability engineering for AI-powered healthcare systems at global scale.
