In this position, you will drive process improvements, strengthen safety and compliance, and bring innovative, data-driven solutions that elevate performance and reliability. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, support cutting-edge automation and digitization efforts, and help build a culture of continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma and Clariant Excellence principles. This is your opportunity to influence how we operate; enhancing efficiency, reducing risk, and delivering sustainable value; while growing as a technical leader in a dynamic industrial setting.ResponsibilitiesDrive process excellence across production, quality, ESHA compliance, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop multi-year pipeline of cost savings, Clean Ops improvements, and %UEE increases for critical equipment.Participate in "best practice" exchange with the regional continuous improvement team, and support regional process improvement initiatives on a project basis in cooperation with other sitesSupport daily production priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and champion Clariant Excellence to enhance safety, performance, and operational reliabilityProvide leadership and guidance to Process Controls team. Implement digitization of records in Operations to enable more robust performance tracking.Prepare PFD's, P&ID's, and process specifications. Participate in and lead EHWA's and PRA's to reduce risk for employees and the Operation.
