You'll manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, and handle key administrative tasks that keep both clients and candidates engaged. Your work directly contributes to delivering a high-quality recruiting experience and helps drive the company's mission of building great teams for their clients.Responsibilities include:Draft and refine job descriptions based on client intake callsConduct compensation research and market analysisBuild intake documentation, screening frameworks, and interview guidesMaintain and update candidate pipelines in internal systemsTrack role progress, candidate stages, and key milestonesPrepare materials for weekly client update and calibration callsCoordinate interview scheduling between candidates and clientsManage follow-ups to ensure timely feedback and next stepsSupport offer stage coordination and communicationAssist with billing preparation and milestone trackingTrack invoices and maintain deal activity in CRM toolsBuild client-facing reports, decks, and internal documentationIdentify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiencyRequirements and Qualifications:Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProactive problem-solver with strong ownership and follow-throughComfortable collaborating across sales, recruiting, and operations teamsExperience in recruiting, staffing, HR, or operations is a plusFamiliarity with CRM/ATS tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Recruiter)About the Hiring Company:Our client is a modern recruiting partner focused on helping companies hire top talent faster and more efficiently.
