Virtual Hospitalist Opening in Charlestown, MA - Located 17 miles from Boston About the Job:Seeking a BC/BE Virtural HospitalistFull-time, permanent positionThis is NOT a remote position. You'll be based out of our state-of-the-art Command Center in Charlestown, MA.Provide inpatient-level care in the comfort of a patient's home, ensuring clinical outcomes that are equal to or better than traditional hospitalizationThis innovative model significantly reduces overall healthcare expenses by avoiding inpatient visits, post-acute care, and readmissions, all while improving the patient experience.Work collaboratively in a team environment (Physicians, NPs, RNs) from our virtual Command Center.Utilize state-of-the-art equipment in both the Command Center and patients' homes.Patients receive comprehensive care including home infusion, meals/nutrient consultations, pharmacy/medical management, mobile imaging, laboratory services, and DME/oxygen.Enjoy integrated care with primary care providers, specialists, and ancillary departments.
