Senior Program Facilitator & Community Engagement Lead

Location: Solano County, CA (multi-site; Fairfield, Suisun City, Vacaville and surrounding areas)Status: Part-Time or Full-Time (final designation determined at time of offer based on candidate fit and program needs)Compensation: $72,800 – $87,360 annually (depending on experience)About the RoleClub Stride is seeking a highly reliable and experienced professional to support the delivery of youth programming across multiple school campuses and community settings.This role combines direct facilitation, community engagement, school-site coordination, program assessment, and field-based program execution, and is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with youth, navigating school environments, and executing consistently within an established program model.You will play a key role in ensuring that programming is delivered with quality, consistency, and strong engagement across sites, while supporting accurate data collection and continuous improvement.The position will be structured as either part-time or full-time at the time of hire and is designed to maintain a consistent schedule and scope once established.Core ResponsibilitiesProgram Facilitation (Multi-Site)• Facilitate structured youth sessions across middle and high school campuses• Deliver consistent, engaging, and respectful programming using established materialsSchool & Community Engagement• Build and maintain relationships with school staff and site partners• Coordinate scheduling and support ongoing site access and engagement• Represent Club Stride professionally across all environments• Lead and support community-based events, activations, and outreach efforts• Engage youth and community members during public-facing activities• Work alongside youth interns to support participation and interaction during sessions and field activitiesOutreach & Recruitment• Support youth recruitment through direct engagement and approved outreach channels• Share program information and follow up with interested participantsProgram Assessment & Continuous Improvement• Support data collection, surveys, and feedback processes• Track participation, document observations, and ensure accurate reporting• Identify insights to inform program improvementIdeal Candidate Profile:Experience & CapabilitiesWe are looking for someone who:• Has experience working with youth in school and/or community settings• Can confidently facilitate groups independently• Is comfortable working across multiple sites and environments• Demonstrates strong communication and relationship-building skills with both youth and adults• Is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple responsibilitiesPreferred• Background in youth development, education, or community-based programming• Experience navigating school systems or district environments• Experience with outreach, recruitment, or community engagement• Familiarity with program evaluation, assessment, or data collectionCore Qualities for Success• Consistent, reliable execution• Strong presence and professionalism across settings• Ability to build trust with youth, staff, and community partners• Comfort operating within structured systems and expectations• Adaptability across diverse environments and site conditionsHow to ApplyTo apply, please email your resume to info@clubstride.org.Include a brief note (2–3 sentences) describing your experience working with youth and why you are interested in this role.
