Regional Account Manager
About the CompanyAcorn Assembly LLC is a rapidly growing technology company in search of a highly motivated, results-driven sales professional to join our team. This is a dynamic full-time position.About the RoleAs a Regional Account Executive, you'll prospect, engage, and close new customers across your territory, selling circuit board solutions to engineers, procurement teams, and OEMs who need a supplier they can trust. You will also engage with our existing customers on new orders. If you have 2 years of outside sales experience and thrive on building something from the ground up, we'll give you the tools, training, and territory to do exactly that.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue, targeting both existing and new customers in the technology industry.Meeting and exceeding sales goals for your assigned territory.Following up on leads developed by the marketing team.Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential clients through research, networking, and proactive outreach.Collaborating with internal teams, including quoting, engineering, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution and on-time delivery of customer orders.Assisting customers with placing new orders.Providing regular updates on sales activities, forecasts, and account status to management, as well as performing other duties as needed.QualificationsCollege Degree or equivalent level of education required.A minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the technology industry, with a proven track record of success.Prior experience in PCB manufacturing sales is preferred but not required.Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and other business-related activities.Required SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
