Learn more about us at evercars.com.What You'll DoLot & Queue ManagementMaintain organized vehicle queues across WIP and finished goods stagesOptimize lot space utilization to support throughput and operational efficiencyTrack unit status and location accurately to ensure proper inventory flowVehicle Quality & Inventory ControlKeep inventory at sellable quality standards through regular inspectionsMaintain vehicle charge levels per established SOPsIdentify units needing reconditioning or escalation and communicate accordinglyMaintain key organization systems to ensure accurate key-to-unit accountability at all timesConduct regular lot audits to verify unit count, placement, and condition accuracyEnsure lot is organized and vehicles are staged in designated areas per operational standardsReconcile physical inventory against system records and escalate discrepancies promptlyShipping & Logistics CoordinationManage inbound and outbound unit flow with carrier and shipping partnersExecute vehicle ingress and egress, verify condition, document accurately, and resolve discrepanciesEnsure handoffs meet compliance and quality standards at every touchpointWhat You BringExperience in vehicle logistics, fleet operations, auto reconditioning, or a related fieldFamiliarity with EV charging infrastructure and vehicle readiness standards (preferred)Comfortable with lot operations software, inventory tools, or mobile-based tracking systemsValid driver's license with a clean recordAbility to work outdoors in variable weather conditions and perform physical tasks as neededStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify condition issues, documentation gaps, and inventory discrepanciesPhysical and spatial awareness to safely handle vehicles and manage lot space effectively in a fast-moving environmentAbility to maintain accuracy and quality standards in a dynamic, high-volume environmentClear, timely communication with the ability to surface issues early and keep relevant stakeholders informedBenefitsCompetitive pay + annual performance bonusHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) planWhy Ever and This Role?Run reconditioning for the fastest-growing EV retailer in the U.S.Make high-impact decisions that directly affect margins and velocityWork with cutting-edge EV technology and build elite operationsDirect ownership over inventory readinessClear path to Operations Manager and other Ops Leadership roles
