This will include responsibility for a variety of tasks including introducing clients to new products, services and digital solutions. You will be responsible for processing account transactions, while assisting clients and working towards individual and banking centre specific sales and service goals. Additionally, Associate Bankers are expected to assist other departments as needed, build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, while treating others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentDesired SkillsPrevious banking, cash handling or financial service experience6+ Months of demonstrated successful sales experienceBilingual language skillsPassionate and motivated self-starterA passion for educating clients on banking products and digital technologies available at the bankStrong work ethic and ability to complete work accuratelyAbility to think logically in order to analyze situations and make sound decisionsAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyCapacity to work with multiple computer and software systemsAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as cash back and percentagesWork EnvironmentWe are committed to our core value of meritocracy and supporting our associates in growing within their roleWhen completing certain tasks, an associate may need to be able to grasp, push, pull, lift, bend, raise and hold hands and arms overhead.An associate must be able to work overtime to the extent necessary (typically no more than 5%).Flexible scheduling as business needs allow.Incentive and BenefitsThis role is eligible to participate in a scorecard-based incentive plan, which can significantly increase your overall compensation.
