Job Description:Job Title: RN - Registered Nurse ICULocation: Savannah GAShift Timing: NightsResponsibilities of Registered Nurse:Assess and care for patients based on age and diagnosis standards.Communicate with Providers, Charge Nurse, and team about patient conditions.Respond promptly to changes in patient condition or treatment response.Perform nursing duties under supervision in all departments.Follow Five Medication Rights to prevent errors.Develop and assess patient teaching plans; involve family as needed.Interact with patients, families, and team with respect and empathy.Address psychosocial, cultural, and religious needs of patients.Provide age-appropriate care based on growth and development principles.Document care and support personnel orientation and in-services. Experience Required:1 years Registered Nurse experience.
