Class A CDL Driver / Reefer

As a Class A CDL Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of goods over long distances. The ideal candidate is highly safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and skilled in conducting pre-trip inspections, securing loads, and accurately managing electronic logbooks. Strong communication and timely updates are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Operate Class A commercial vehicles safely and lawfully. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transit. Maintain accurate electronic logbooks (ELDs) in compliance with FMCSA regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and other team members regarding delivery updates and schedules. Monitor and report mechanical issues promptly. Adhere to all DOT, federal, and state regulations. Maintain professionalism and customer service during pickups and deliveries. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure safety and efficiency. Demonstrate flexibility and reliability, especially for long-distance hauls and extended time on the road. Qualifications: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) and background check Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred Proficient with electronic logging devices (ELDs) and basic mobile technology Strong attention to detail for load security and vehicle inspections Excellent communication and time management skills Willingness and availability for long-haul and overnight trips Ability to lift and secure freight as needed What We Offer: Competitive pay and mileage rates 60 cents per mile $50 bonus per stop (loading unloading) Volvo Semi Truck, with a sleeper, fridge, and microwave 53ft reefer trailer Our current company drivers travel between 4,200–4,500 miles per week and consistently earn $2,800–$3,000. You’ll be operating a brand-new 2026 Volvo 860, equipped with a top and bottom bunk, sleeper, fridge, and microwave, making it a comfortable and well-appointed place to live while on the road.
