Responsibilities also include but are not limited to, conducting quality checks, basic lab equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting throughout the production process. Additionally, this role involves disassembling and disposing of scrap materials, filling out reports and escalating results to appropriate team members.Responsibilities:Support organizational quality objectives by executing daily inspection and documentation proceduresInspect parts and materials to ensure compliance with established specifications and quality standardsMeasure, verify and analyze data to ensure a quality productApprove or reject material by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement testsDocument quality findings and promptly communicate results to relevant partiesReport investigation/test/containment results in a clear, concise, and timely manner to the appropriate supervisor(s)Maintain equipment regularly to ensure normal operating activityCollect defective parts and materials, secure in designated areasMaintain compliance with internal safety policies and procedures to promote a safe working environmentUphold workplace organization and cleanliness in alignment with 3R5S standardsRight Location, Right Quality, Right ContainerSort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, SustainQualifications and Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentExperience with QA activities in a manufacturing setting, including use of measurement devices such as meters, gauges, computers, calipers, and other measuring instruments preferredWorking knowledge of basic statistical concepts and methods preferredKnowledge of quality control tools and techniques preferredAble to lift up to 50 pounds, able to stand / walk for protracted periods of time.Skills:Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to read and interpret prints, graphs, manuals, and measurementsStrong attention to detail and analytical thinking skillsAbility to work independently and as a member of a teamAbility to navigate computer software and enter data accuratelyWhy should you work here?1.
