Golf Irrigation Field Service Technician

The Golf Irrigation Field Service Technician provides technical support services for golf course irrigation systems in the South Louisiana and South Texas area. The ideal candidate should have experience with pump station operation, controls, components, irrigation controls, valve-in-head sprinklers, electric valves, and basic electrical wiring. This position requires excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve the problem the first time. Good communication skills are a must to achieve excellent customer satisfaction with the services performed. The Field Service Technician will work with the sales staff to provide support and installation of communication and central control equipment on new projects, as well as technical support for existing customers. The Field Service Technician shall work with the VP of Sales and Branch Operations to create a list of service options and preventative maintenance services to offer to customers.At Keeling Company, we take pride in fostering a culture that values teamwork, respect, and exceptional customer service.
