This role is ideal for someone who blends strong technical expertise with proven leadership experience and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.In this position, you will oversee a team responsible for enterprise applications, while partnering closely with business stakeholders to align systems with organizational goals. You’ll play a key role in shaping the technology roadmap, managing vendors, and ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and operating efficiently. This role also requires a strong focus on compliance, process improvement, and delivering high-quality solutions that support business growth.A big focus for this team is leadership—this is a hands-on role where you’ll mentor a developing team while driving best practices and elevating overall capability.Key technologies and platforms include: CRM: Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics etc. ERP / Financial Systems: NetSuite, Concur etc. HCM Platforms: Workday, UKG, Ceridian etc. Collaboration & Content: SharePoint Tools & Methodologies: Jira, Confluence, Agile / SDLC practices Additional: AI-enabled tools, enterprise integrations, SOX-compliant systemsThe ideal candidate will bring a strong background in enterprise system implementations and integrations (ERP, CRM, HCM), along with proven experience leading technical teams.
