Office Assistant/Bookkeeper
Office Assistant/Bookkeeper Position. We are a Telecommunication and Software Development company located in Appleton, WI that is looking for a 30-40 hour a week Office Assistant/Bookkeeper for our growing company.
Job Duties will include:
Vendor Bill Entry and Approval for Payment
Customer Payment Reconciliation
Bank Reconciliations
Payroll and Employee Expense Reimbursements
Misc HR related items
Assist the company with setting up travel arrangements for different industry shows we attend.
RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Enjoy interacting with vendors and staff over the phone
Accounting degree or knowledge or experience
Experience with HR related matters and benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
