Role SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to evaluate voice interaction performance for our AI-driven virtual assistant at our Mobile Quality Lab (MQL) in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate possesses direct experience with voice assistant applications, proficiency in audio testing methodologies, strong coding/scripting abilities, and robust log analysis skills. This role bridges hands-on software quality evaluation, prompt validation automation, and cross-functional bug tracking to ensure seamless AI interaction quality.Top SkillsAI & Voice Assistant Testing: Direct experience in testing voice interaction applications, audio testing methodologies, LLMs, and AI-driven virtual assistants.Automation & Log Analysis: Exceptional problem-solving skills to analyze logs, debug issues, and automate prompt validation using internal tools.Test Execution & Scripting: Proven ability to execute test cases/scripts, track regressions, and manage web-based and mobile device system testing. Key ResponsibilitiesStandards & Execution: Conduct comprehensive software quality testing in accordance with established standards and testing procedures.Bug Tracking & Regressions: Register detected bugs/issues in tracking systems and perform rigorous follow-up regression testing after fixes are deployed.System & Platform Testing: Test web-based systems, desktop applications, and mobile device software across diverse media tools.AI & Prompt Validation: Validate voice assistant performance, test prompt logic, and automate prompt validations where possible using internal utility tools.Project Execution & Collaboration: Simultaneously execute multiple QA projects under tight deadlines while collaborating closely with inter-departmental team members. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) required.Experience: Prior QA/testing experience in the Mobile, Telecom, or Consumer Electronics industry is highly desirable.Language Skills: Fluent oral and written English required. Proficiency in Korean is a strong plus.Technical Skills: Tech-savvy with intermediate skills in computers, mobile OS, spreadsheets, test scripts, AI/LLM systems, and prompt engineering tools.
