Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) Duration: Initial 6-month engagement, with potential for extension Work Arrangement: Hybrid (on-site a few days per week)Company & Team Overview: A leading global financial institution is seeking an Operational Resilience Program Manager to support its Operational Resilience function. The team is responsible for managing business threats, reducing disruption risk, and ensuring readiness across critical operations through resilience strategy, program execution, continuity testing, and crisis management. This role supports initiatives across multiple lines of business and corporate functions to meet regulatory expectations and strengthen operational resilience capabilities.Role Overview:Manage a portfolio of initiatives focused on Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery compliance and improvementDevelop and deliver key program deliverables, including a Disaster Recovery Policy and ProcedureBuild remediation plans, oversee execution, track progress/escalations, and prepare final submission packagesPosition Requirements:Strong project management experience with proven ability to lead and deliver complex initiatives57 years of experience, including several years in financial servicesBackground in Business Continuity Planning and/or Disaster Recovery preferredWorking knowledge of U.S. regulatory requirements related to Operational Resilience, BCP, and DRBig 4 consulting or equivalent experience is a plusDetail-oriented, able to work independently, with strong organizational skillsExperience writing policies and proceduresAbility to plan/schedule timelines, track milestones, and manage deliverablesSkilled in producing progress reports, requirements documentation, presentations, and stakeholder communicationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationBachelor's degree or higherProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project)
