We welcome all healthcare professionals to join our thriving community and contribute to our pursuit for clinical excellence.DepartmentCC019400 Epic-Revenue CycleJob Description SummaryDirector role to support Epic HB, PB Billing and related apps, and HIM and Document Management, including Epic GalleryPosition ResponsibilitiesGain respect and demonstrate credibility with all operational users, IT, and AdministrationServe as liaison between patient access and IT, and foster buy-in from operations regarding assigned systems.Assist in design of systems workflow and screens and ensure applications fit with operational processes.Engage with operational leadership on workflow redesign, strategic planning, and data analysis.Provide leadership across all phases of system implementations, including planning, design, development, testing, and training.Conduct regular meetings with operations, and perform rounds with end users to teach them how to best use their applications.Work directly with systems vendors to analyze, build, test, and implement new upgrades.Ensure operations adopts and effectively uses EHR by developing and executing an effective adoption plan.Provide leadership to help ensure the integrity of data and the ability to mine data for the purpose of conducting outcomes analysis, reporting and support quality initiatives.Support ongoing optimization of assigned systems via continuous feedback and rapid response to needs.Promote best practice design and workflow for assigned systems.Demonstrate a thorough understanding of integration points within their systems and integration with other IT Systems.Ensure projects, budgets, contracts, assets are maintained and up to date at all times.QualificationsLicense/Registration/CertificationNONEEducationBachelors Degree preferred.ExperienceRelevant experience in electronic Patient Registration and Access Systems is required, demonstrated experience working with operational counterparts to drive adoption of computerized systems. Must be a strong leader with a mature sense of priorities and solid practical experience to implement the vision for the organization.
