Pantry Cook

Position SummaryThe Pantry Cook is responsible for preparing and executing all cold station and pantry items with consistency, precision, cleanliness, and urgency. This position supports the culinary team by producing high-quality salads, raw bar preparations, cold appetizers, garnishes, sauces, desserts, and mise en place while maintaining Adalina Prime’s standards of excellence. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, fast-paced, and passionate about hospitality and culinary execution. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and execute all pantry station menu items according to recipe and presentation standards Maintain proper mise en place and station organization throughout service Prepare salads, cold appetizers, sauces, dressings, garnishes, seafood accompaniments, and raw preparations Ensure all products are fresh, properly labeled, rotated, and stored according to health and safety standards Assist with daily prep production and station setup/breakdown Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen team during service Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstation, walk-ins, and kitchen equipment Follow all food safety, sanitation, and allergy procedures Support other stations and kitchen operations as needed Work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume, fine dining environment Qualifications1–3 years of kitchen experience preferred, ideally in upscale or high-volume restaurants Knowledge of knife skills, food safety, and pantry station execution Strong attention to detail and plating consistency Ability to multitask and maintain composure during busy service periods Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Weekend and evening availability required Preferred ExperienceFine dining or steakhouse experience Experience with raw seafood, cold preparation, and composed plating Familiarity with Michelin-level standards and execution Passion for hospitality and team collaboration More detail about Adalina Prime part of Hospitality Included, please visit
