International Safety Manager
Trillium Construction is hiring for an experienced Project Safety Manager to lead and enforce safety programs on large-scale international construction projects ($100M–$225M). This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate safety standards, contract requirements, and applicable regulations while promoting a strong safety culture on-site.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and oversee project-specific safety programs and safe work plansEnsure compliance with OSHA, EM385-1-1, and company safety standardsConduct daily site safety inspections and document findingsLead new hire safety orientations and ongoing safety trainingInvestigate incidents, accidents, and property damagePrepare and submit safety reports and documentationServe as liaison between project teams, subcontractors, and clients on safety mattersCollaborate with project leadership to maintain a safe and compliant job siteCompensation:Weekly pay up to $2,100Medical/Dental/Vision insurance401kPaid vacationQualifications:High school diploma or GED required; 5+ years of safety management experienceStrong knowledge of OSHA and/or EM385-1-1 standardsExcellent communication and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Ability to work in physically demanding construction environments and travel internationallyCertifications:OSHA 30, CHST preferredFirst Aid/CPR and Competent Person TrainingAbility to obtain U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance
