We are seeking an Angular Developer to play a key role in shaping client-facing digital experiences. In this role, you will be a key contributor on a high-performing development team working across advanced AI platforms, delivering intuitive, performant dashboards and applications that run on a modern Microsoft stack (MS SQL and .NET 10 with an Angular front end). This is a senior level position that works in a high performance, Client -focused team environment and is responsible for several Client-oriented tasks in an inward outward environment. The ideal candidate brings strong, hands-on expertise in Angular and TypeScript, proven experience building scalable, component-based UI architectures, and a passion for translating complex data and AI-driven insights into elegant, frictionless Client Experience (CX) solutions. You will collaborate closely with product, data/AI, and back-end engineering teams to design and implement responsive, secure, and accessible interfaces that showcase our sustainability and energy-intelligence capabilities, while continuously improving usability through data-driven iteration and best practices in UX/CX. Responsibilities Include: Core Responsibilities Include: · Design and develop modern, component-based Angular front-end architectures with a strong focus on intuitive user interactions and overall client experience (CX). · Lead the design and development of interactive CX dashboards, translating complex data and AI-driven insights into clear, engaging, and actionable visual experiences for clients. · Apply a refined sense of visual design and user-centric aesthetics, collaborating with design stakeholders to deliver clean, compelling, and accessible user interfaces. · Understanding of AI Agent driven Client CX across multiple AI platforms · Partner with back-end engineers to integrate Angular applications and dashboards with MS SQL and .NET 10 services, ensuring reliable data flow, performance, and maintainability. · Ensure cross-platform optimization and responsiveness, delivering seamless user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. · Collaborate closely with UI/UX and graphic designers to translate design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes into high-quality, production-ready front-end implementations. · Own features and front-end deliverables from concept through deployment, including requirements clarification, technical design, development, testing, and handoff. · Contribute to the design and consumption of APIs, ensuring front-end interactions and dashboard data integrations are secure, performant, and aligned with architectural standards. · Write clean, scalable, and efficient Angular and TypeScript code, following best practices for code structure, reusability, and documentation. · Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize front-end applications and dashboards, proactively resolving issues related to performance, usability, and cross-browser compatibility. · Implement and support .Net10 security and data protection best practices within the front end, including secure handling of client data, authentication flows, and role-based access patterns. · Collaborate in an agile, AI-enabled development environment, working closely with product, AI/data, and platform teams to continuously improve dashboards and digital CX touchpoints. · Contribute to a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement, participating in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge sharing across the team. Qualifications: · Proven experience as a Front-End or Full-Stack Developer with a strong emphasis on Angular-based application and dashboard development. · Expert-level proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, and core front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). · Hands-on experience with Angular ecosystem tools and patterns, such as RxJS, state management (e.g., NgRx or equivalent), routing, form handling, and modular architecture. · Demonstrated ability to design and implement data-rich dashboards and visualizations, ideally integrating with AI-driven or analytics platforms to enhance CX. · Familiarity with .NET (preferably .NET 6 or higher / .NET 10) and MS SQL back-end environments, with the ability to effectively collaborate with back-end engineers on API design and integration. · Experience consuming RESTful APIs (and/or GraphQL), handling authentication/authorization flows, and managing secure client-side data interactions. · Working knowledge of responsive and cross-platform design principles, including accessibility (WCAG/ARIA) and cross-browser compatibility best practices. · Familiarity with cloud-based and SaaS environments; exposure to utility, energy management, or sustainability platforms is a plus but not required. · Experience with front-end build and tooling (e.g., Angular CLI, Webpack, npm/yarn, linting, unit and integration testing frameworks such as Jasmine/Karma/Jest). · Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a track record of delivering reliable, maintainable, and high-quality front-end solutions. · Solid organizational and light project management skills, including the ability to estimate, prioritize, and manage work in an agile environment. · Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional, fast-paced, innovation-driven team. · Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into language understandable by non-technical stakeholders.
