Amazon Account Manager

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to own and optimize marketplace performance for a portfolio of eCommerce brands. This role is focused on driving revenue growth, improving product visibility, and maximizing profitability through hands-on management of Amazon Seller Central.You will be responsible for executing and optimizing listing strategies, pricing, and PPC campaigns, while leveraging data and analytics to inform decisions. The ideal candidate combines strong marketplace expertise with a structured, data-driven mindset and experience working cross-functionally to deliver results.This role requires someone with strong Amazon experience who is comfortable speaking directly with clients, providing insights, recommendations, and performance updates.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central accountsCreate, optimize, and maintain SEO-driven product listings to improve ranking and conversionMonitor and adjust pricing strategies to remain competitive while protecting marginsPlan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)Analyze performance metrics such as sales, conversion rate, TACOS, ACOS, and CTR to drive optimization decisionsIdentify growth opportunities across product catalog, keywords, and marketplace trendsManage product launches, including listing setup, keyword strategy, and initial campaign performanceMonitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback to maintain account health and brand reputationCollaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, operations, supply chain) to ensure alignment on campaigns and inventoryPrepare and present performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations directly to clientsUse tools such as Helium10, AMZScout, and internal analytics platforms to drive insights and reportingLeverage data and AI tools to identify patterns, forecast performance, and improve profitabilityRequirements4+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central accountsStrong, hands-on Amazon knowledge across listings, PPC, and account managementProven experience optimizing product listings and improving organic ranking (Amazon SEO)Hands-on experience managing and scaling Amazon PPC campaignsExperience speaking directly with clients, presenting results, and providing strategic recommendationsStrong understanding of key Amazon metrics (ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, conversion rate, CTR)Experience with marketplace tools such as Helium10, AMZScout, or similarStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience working in eCommerce, DTC, B2C, or marketplace environmentsAdvanced or strong professional English communication skills
