The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities.Location preference would be a candidate based in Akron, OH or in proximity to the area.Benefits Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance on the 31st day of employment401K eligibility begins after the 60th day of employmentPay is bi-weeklyGenerous PTO policy, start with 3 weeks!Pay Range: Open to DiscussionJ ob Responsibilities - Regional Sales Manager- EastDevelop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue targetsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with existing customersIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and industry eventsCollaborate with internal teams (customer service, operations) to ensure customer satisfactionConduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessionsNegotiate contracts, pricing, and termsAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needsProvide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insightsManage and resolve customer complaints and concernsParticipate in national sales meetings, training sessions, and industry conferencesPerform other miscellaneous job duties and related functions as directedDesired Skills & Experience - Regional Sales Manager- East3-5+ years of sales experience in the aluminum extrusion industry.Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong understanding of aluminum extrusion products, applications, and manufacturing processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.Experience with CAD design software and drawingsFamiliarity with regional market trends and competitors.Company DescriptionIndustrial Profile Systems is the premium provider of engineering and design services utilizing our structural aluminum and modular components to create mechanical hardware solutions across a wide range of industries.
