Computer Systems Analyst (ERP Programming / IBM iSeries) – Direct HireCleveland, OH area | $70,000 – $100,000 | Direct HireOne of our clients on the east side of Cleveland is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst to support ERP systems, internal applications, and business technology initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with IBM iSeries / AS400 experience who enjoys solving technical problems, improving business processes, and working across both legacy and modern technologies.This position combines technical programming work with business systems support and process improvement.Key Responsibilities Support ERP and business systems used across the manufacturing operationTroubleshoot system issues and identify root causesWrite or modify programs, queries, or scripts to improve system functionalityTranslate business requirements into technical solutionsSupport integrations between ERP and internal business systemsWork with business users to improve workflows and resolve system issuesAnalyze data and help identify operational issues or improvement opportunitiesDocument system processes and technical solutionsTrain users on system functionality and improvementsHelp prioritize IT and business system projectsRequired Qualifications Experience supporting ERP or business systemsStrong technical troubleshooting abilityExperience working with internal business applicationsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsAbility to communicate with both technical teams and business usersExperience working in manufacturing or similar operational environmentsStrongly Preferred Technical Experience IBM iSeries / AS400 experienceRPG, RPGLE, CL, or DDS programming experienceSQL experience (queries, reporting, or troubleshooting)Experience with ERP systems such as BPCS or similar platformsExperience with system integrations or data interfacesExperience supporting legacy business systemsNice to Have Experience with OnBase or similar document management platformsExperience modernizing legacy systemsExperience with reporting tools or automationExperience supporting multiple ERP environmentsWhat We Are Looking For Someone who enjoys learning new technologiesHands-on technical problem solverStrong attention to detailAbility to balance technical work with business needsSomeone comfortable working across multiple departmentsSelf motivated individual who takes ownership of systemsCompensation & Benefits $70,000 – $100,000 depending on experienceDirect hire opportunityStable manufacturing environmentOpportunity to work with both legacy and modern systemsStrong benefits packageInova Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer
