Office Assistant

• Greeting Customers• Schedule Customer Appointments• Start customer files & Enter Data into the tax software system• Open and Close office (varying)• Greet customers, answer phones, record messages• Check Refund Status for Customers (Federal & State)• Audit Files (Verifying Checklist Completion)• Organize Files into Cabinet Properly Organize electronic Files• Maintain customer Walk-in Log/Call log• Maintain Office Cleanliness, lobby, restroom and etc• Replenish Forms/Send Virtual Forms• Order supplies and materials• Print,Copy, Scan, Fax and Upload documents• Pay Vendors, Send invoices and collect payments• Respond to Customers by email. Retrieve documents from email.• Send Documents to taxpayers for signature• Create signs, and office documents• Advertise on business social media accounts , email marketing• Notarize Documents, Become A Notary if not already Appointment• Assist Business owner with insurance and appointment setting and other Business Duties
