Title: RN NOC Shift SupervisorType: Full TimeLocation: Bethany HomeWork type: OnsitePay: $47.00 + Shift DifferentialDescription: RN NOC Shift SupervisorShift: 10:00 PM 06:30 AMEvery Other WeekendPosition SummaryUnder the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Nurse Manager assumes delegated responsibility and accountability for the delivery of resident care in accordance with professional nursing standards and all state and federal regulations. This role ensures the implementation of nursing policies and procedures that align with the facilitys mission and philosophy while promoting the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.The Nurse Manager also leads key functions, including staff education, infection control, quality assurance, and admission screening. This position requires effective resource management to ensure care is delivered efficiently, responsibly, and with a focus on continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate resident care delivery in accordance with regulatory and professional standardsImplement and monitor nursing policies and proceduresLead and support infection control, quality assurance, and staff education initiativesParticipate in admission screening to ensure appropriate placement and care planningSupervise nursing staff, providing guidance, accountability, and performance oversightEnsure efficient and responsible use of resourcesPromote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvementSupport interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance resident outcomesOur Work Culture & ExpectationsWe are accountable for what we commit to.
