Senior Security Manager

Job DescriptionHII – Mission Technology is looking for a Senior Security Manager to support the F-22 program office at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio. Must have a TS/SCI clearance to be considered. All support will be on site.ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation of information, personnel and industrial security programs to ensure classified material is protectedEnsure implementation of resource protection, force protection, and anti-terrorism programsProvide directorate security operations supportPrepare and coordinate security-related briefing materials and provide technical assistance for briefings, meetings, and conferencesProvide a wide range of security management, analytical, technical and support servicesRecord and track security program action items and suspensesManage newcomer and security-related databases, including visitor control functionsMaintain active JPAS and JADE accountsVerify personnel security clearances and SAP accessesProcess personnel security investigation documents, review documents for accuracy, and track submitted requests for clearancesMaintain, account for, and destroy COMSEC materialProvide advisory assistance in evaluating security and administrative procedures for handling Critical Program Information (CPI) / Critical Components (CC) from unclassified to Top Secret and beyondPerform administrative tasks as necessary to support security functionsApply strong analytical writing skills to document program security methods and decisionsProvide security-related technical assistance to AFLCMC/W W organizations, groups, and committees for briefings and conferencesAssist in development of standard operating procedures in accordance with DoD Manual 5205.07, Volumes 1–4Develop and maintain security process flowcharts and work breakout structures for those processesMinimum Qualifications6 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 4 years relevant experience with a Master's degree in a related field; or high school diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experienceLevel 1 certified in the Defense Security Service (DSS)Completed the Security Professional Education Development (SPeD) ProgramDemonstrated currency with DSS training pertaining to information, personnel, industrial and physical security programsWork experience encompassing collateral classified activities, acknowledged and unacknowledged special access programs, and SSE anti-tamper requirementsActive TS/SCI clearancePreferred RequirementsThe listed salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities.
