Part-time Sales Development Representative

We’re growing and looking for a part-time SDR who wants more than just a job — someone who wants to build real sales skills inside a structured, team-driven environment. This role focuses on outbound outreach, starting conversations with decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for our sales team. You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll work directly with leadership, follow proven frameworks, and receive consistent coaching to improve each week. What You’ll Be Doing Reaching out to B2B prospects via phone and email Running structured outbound campaigns using provided lead lists Personalizing messaging and handling objections professionally Booking qualified meetings — not just filling calendars Tracking performance in HubSpot and staying organized Collaborating with the team in-office to review results and improve Why This Role Is Different Unlike high-volume remote call center roles, this is a hands-on learning environment.
