Shift Leader

Description -Competitive Wages -Free food while working -Fast paced, exciting workplace! -Opportunity for advancement with local growing franchisee! -Shift Leaders perform all functions of leading a shift, opening and closing store Duties: -Provide excellent customer service to our guests at all times with enthusiastic approach -Train, develop and coach crew members -Effectively communicate goals and tasks to crew on shift -Holding staff accountable to performance goals through positive direction -Assist manager with all functions of the store, as directed -Resolve customer issues in timely, courteous and professional manner -Maintain a clean and safe work environment -Follow safety and security procedures -Follow cash handling, administrative tasks and inventory control procedures as directed Requirements Will vary by position; however we look for the following in a Naf Naf leader. -Some restaurant/management experience (highly preferred) -Must be at least 18 years of age due to compliance with State and Federal laws -Must meet minimum criteria of a background check -Willing to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays -Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds -Requires constant motion, standing, walking through full shift, breaks allowed -Able to prove or obtain ServSafe certification -Able to perform essential functions of the position -Able to read/speak English and perform math calculations, reading, listening and speaking skills
