Temporary On-Site Recruiter Position: 2nd ShiftMay 11, 2026-August 29 , 2026Schedule: 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:45 PM - 11:15 PMPay: $24/hr + benefits (Plans offered: 401K, medical/dental/vision/disability/life/accidental insurance, PTO)What You'll Do:Recruit, interview, and hire warehouse associates and support staffPartner with managers to understand hiring needsBuild candidate pipelines through job boards, referrals, and community outreachCoordinate onboarding and new hire orientationsSupport employees and act as the onsite point of contactWhat We're Looking For:Fluent in English and Spanish/and or Haitian CreolePrevious recruiting or staffing experience (warehouse or light industrial preferred)Strong people skills – you enjoy building connectionsOrganized and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentComfortable using Microsoft Office; ATS experience is a plusReliable, proactive, and able to work independently onsite
