As a Full-Time Clinical Operations Manager – Registered Nurse, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the health and well-being of client employees at our onsite Health Center in Lafayette, IN. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while leading clinical operations in a collaborative and innovative environment.Schedule & Work EnvironmentMonday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.Occasional flexibility to support 2nd and 3rd shift operationsCollaborative environment with an exceptional, high-performing teamWhat We OfferGenerous PTOCompetitive benefits packageOpportunity to lead a team of phenomenal professionals!What You’ll DoManages daily operations, staff, and workflow to ensure efficient health center performanceOversees hiring, training, onboarding, and performance management of staff (typically composed of RNs, LPNs, administrative, and technical staff)Allocates time to patient care and technical expertise as neededMonitors patient flow, patient utilization and penetration Identifies process improvement opportunities, workflow efficiencies, determines root cause analysis Serves as infection control lead, collaborates on quality initiatives and maintains compliance with regulationsCommunicates corporate policies, conducts meetings, and engages with client representativesCompletes incident reports and assists with investigations and complaint resolutionsMaintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date recordsPerforms other duties as assignedWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience requiredCurrent license as RN in state of practiceCurrent certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of servicesMinimum 3+ years of experience in the medical field2 - 3 years of management experienceWork-life balance is at the foundation of how decisions are made and where Premise is headed.
