Window Cleaner

MBS is currently seeking low-rise and high-rise window technicians to join our team of quality professionals working out of the Greater Portland Area. This position is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn and enjoy hands-on work. The ideal candidate has a good work ethic, enjoys working on a team, and is willing to travel locally. Duties/Responsibilities: The window cleaner tech is responsible for washing windows and glass surfaces of various buildings using water-fed poles, long poles, and basic window cleaning equipment along with scrubbing windows, squeegee work and rolling and unrolling hoses. Required Skills/Abilities: Must have a valid driver's license, car insurance, and clean driving record - Daily local travel required. Must be able to effectively communicate. Preferably at least 0-3 years of experience, continued skills and safety training included. No fear of heights. Physical Requirements: Must frequently be able to sit, stand, stoop, and walk. Ability to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and talk or hear. Must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
