Collaborate within a cross-discipline team to define, refine, and improve product concepts, implementation, testability, and quality. Provide teaching, coaching, and mentoring to less experienced staff. Contribute to proposals and participate in preliminary and critical design reviews. Develop, test, and integrate software for edge or embedded devices and/or subsystems where hardware operation, time-critical function, and mission assurance are critical. Work with Product Owners, Chief Engineers, and management using Lean and/or Agile practices to ensure reliable embedded software operations.What You'll Need A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Experience with at least two of the following: Embedded C++ Software, Embedded Software Security, Software Architecture Design and Implementation. Proficiency in using embedded Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) like Green Hills, Integrity, Wind River VxWorks, or Linux. Demonstrated experience in developing complex systems integrating hardware, firmware, and software. An active and transferable final Secret U.S. government issued security clearance.
