We’re looking for a friendly and professional Community Access Attendant to serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, creating a warm welcome while helping keep the community safe, organized, and inviting.Position ResponsibilitiesWelcome all those entering community with courtesy and respect to ensure a pleasant experience.Assist Members and Residents with entry gate operations.Give appropriate direction to visitors.Monitor delivery services and suspicious vehicles.Register visitors/vehicles as necessary.Complete all entry system documentation as required.Monitor gates for maintenance related issues.Patrol community (parking lot/garage, patrol interior and exterior areas as designated, etc.)Performs other related duties as directed.Must be available for day or evening shiftsKnowledge, Skills And AbilitiesAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and establish priorities.Ability to utilize computer programs for clocking in and out as well as basic email usage.Ability to interact and work positively and effectively with staff and residents at all levels.Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively within the department as well as with other departments.Physical Demands & Work EnvironmentSitting/standing at community access gate workstation, walking throughout community as needed for patrol inspections, covering pools and spas.#IND123
