The clinician will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams including ICU staff, cardiology, interventional cardiology, anesthesia providers, advanced practice providers, perfusionists, and OR personnel to ensure coordinated patient care. The position requires 24-hour call availability with continuous on-site presence for emergency cases while maintaining board certification in cardiothoracic surgery throughout the assignment period.
