Grow with us.Position: 1st Shift Building MaintenanceShift: Monday-Friday (7:00am-3:00pm)Pay: $20.75 per hourThe core responsibilities of this role include: Responsible for the general maintenance of the building and facilities including water, heating, air conditioning, and electrical maintenance.In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules; Ability to read, understand, and follow directions/instructions; Basic knowledge of mechanics, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry; Ability to lift/move product that may weigh up to 100 pounds; Ability to bend, stoop or crouch frequently in the course of the shift; Have appropriate hand, eye, and foot coordination to properly use hand tools and mechanical equipment; Ability to climb ladders and work at higher elevationsBe part of the world's largest logistics company! Shape your world.Role Purpose: Responsible for the general maintenance of the building and facilities including water, heating, air conditioning, and electrical maintenance.Key Accountabilities:Maintain HVAC system.Do minor maintenance as needed for water and electrical repairs.Carry out preventative maintenance programs.Provide maintenance to material handling equipment to ensure service reliability.Perform maintenance or general carpentry on items such as floors, walls, doors, etc.Ensure all safety equipment is in proper working order.Complete required reports when maintenance tasks are completed.Answer security/alarm calls as needed.Required Education and Experience:2+ years of previous facility maintenance experienceHigh School Diploma or Equivalent, preferredOur organization is an equal opportunity employer.
