This role exists to help scale that while giving the right person a real opportunity.Compensation-This is a performance-based role with the potential to earn $100,000+ annually for the right person.The OpportunityYou're not building from scratch here.You're plugging into a machine that already works.If you've been spinning your wheels, this is your shortcut.If you're already producing but capped out, this is your next level.Responsibilities:You'll be working side by side with me, supporting both buyers and sellers from prospecting all the way to closing.Prospect daily (circle dialing, FSBOs, expireds, follow-up)Set listing appointments for the lead agentAssist with buyer and seller transactions from start to finishAttend showings, inspections, and listing appointmentsHelp prepare CMAs, market research, and listing presentationsBe a point of contact for active clients and vendorsCoordinate with Listing Coordinator and Transaction CoordinatorManage showing logistics and property readinessSupport closings, client experience, and follow-throughThis is a hands-on, in-the-field role.
