Company DescriptionArt Therapy for All (ATFA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit whose mission is to provide art therapy to people who wouldn’t otherwise have access to this vital art-based mental healthcare service. Role DescriptionATFA is seeking a Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a part-time board position with duties. The CFO will collaborate with the CEO and Board on financial planning, monitoring company performance through financial statements, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. Additional responsibilities include guiding strategic financial decisions, providing analytical insights to support leadership, and driving compliance with all financial regulations and standards. The CFO will also collaborate with other executives to develop and execute the organization's long-term financial goals.QualificationsProven expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and FinanceStrong Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret and utilize complex financial dataExperience in Financial Reporting and ensuring regulatory complianceExceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skillsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferredExperience in a leadership financial role, ideally within a high-growth or innovative companyProficiency with modern financial software and tools
