The ideal Inside Sales Representative will deliver a professional presentation to customers and uphold the core values of our company. The successful Inside Sales Representative will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.Primary Responsibilities:Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers to meet their needsEstablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsReach out to customer leads through cold callingExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionAchieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within scheduleCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departmentsHave a passion to deliver top quality serviceAble to navigate the Web and provide web-based documents to prospects as needed.Provide input and support on new product and sales processesParticipation on Team and Individual MeetingsPerform other duties as assigned.Primary Skills & Requirements:Previous Insurance or financial experience is preferredCall Center experience preferred but not requiredAbility to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and writtenCustomer service skillsMulti-task in a fast-paced environmentAbility to present sales and training material over the phoneOrganized and can prioritize tasksAbility to work as part of a team and independentlyHigh School degree minimumMust possess proficient computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Window-based applicationsProven to be highly dependable and self-motivatorIs curious and able to ask probing questions to obtain necessary information.About IntegrityIntegrity is one of the nation's leading independent distributors of life, health and wealth insurance products.
